Creamed Honey

Creamed honey is a type of honey that’s been blended with a small amount of crystallized honey to give it a smooth, spreadable consistency. This process makes it perfect for topping toast, yogurt, or using as a sweetener in recipes.
We make our creamed honey using nothing but our local raw honey and honey that has been creamed previously as "seed" honey to create more creamed honey by whipping it at the proper ration to create the velvety smooth texture.  
It has the same benefits as raw local honey!
